Commission Info

Pricing & Complexity：The final price depends on the complexity of the design and my current schedule.

If you request a large number of toggles/switches, there will be an extra charge.

Please keep in mind that hand animations for toggles like jacket on/off may also require additional fees, depending on the design, so think carefully about how many toggles you really need.

Commercial Rights：Whether you’re a company or an individual, please request this commission based on exclusive commercial rights. we can also help with copyright certification if needed.

Revisions & Communication：we do not exapt any multiple reviewers. For companies or organizations, please designate one representative to communicate with me.

Please clearly state all your requirements and revision requests at once. we do not accept repeated rounds of changes—especially once we move past the sketch and lineart stages. After that point, I will not make any further changes to the basic pose or design.

If you request changes during the inking/coloring stage, there will be an additional fee. So please make sure to give all your feedback during the sketch and lineart phases.

Publicity & Credit：You can choose whether the artwork will be made public and whether I can sign my name on it.

If you prefer not to have my signature (i.e., anonymous), the price will be higher.

Streaming & WIP: we will stream the drawing process on Bilibili and share work‑in‑progress (WIP) images.

If you have a specific date when the work must be kept private or when it can be revealed, please let me know that date clearly in advance.

Scheduling: Once your slot is booked, we only accept postponements of the deadline. I do not accept transferring your slot to someone else.

Orcus Sensei processes commissions in strict submission order. Assistant Elea will contact you before draft initiation.

We cherish every commission! Please understand that unforeseen circumstances (health/issues beyond control) may extend timelines.

Whether it is an individual or an organization, please base the commission on exclusive commercial use rights, and be willing to cooperate in applying for copyright proof and signing a contract.

Multiple reviewers are not accepted; for organization/company commissions, please designate a single point of contact.

Please ensure that there are no disputes over character/costume designs and that they possess copyright/commercial use rights.

We are NO longer accepting commissions that draw over existing models! This method takes a lot of effort and time to match the original art style of your model so we won't take any more requests like these moving forward.

DO NOT use the commission work for any AI training, data collection, or related purposes.

Please don't disclose detailed information regarding this commission, including work-in-progress images, exact pricing, or other private details.

NOT ALLOW any RESELLING the Live2D source files submitted as part of this commission to any 3rd parties.

This project will be base on any random outfit for your characters, or start with begining with not even a character design.

If you already have a character we will keep the mean design such as hair and eye color, or any element that you had.

If we start from scratch to a full model will need you provide reference for your character and detail about this character such as personality and colors you might want.

Before we start the blind box commission, you will have to pay a deposit of 250$ USD of the full price.

Once you recieve a rough draft of the outfit design.

You have an option to op out if you don't like the design, but we will keep the deposit and the rights to the design.

Once you have confirmed that you would like to proceed with the outfit design, you are able to make MINOR ADJUSTMENTS to the outfit. (eg. accessories, clothing color/pattern, anything related to the original blind box design)

We will not accept any major adjustments that will alter the whole concept of the blind box design. (eg. changing out any article of clothing except for your accessory for a completely different one, changing hair style etc)

This is ONLY refers to anyone who has already commissioned once before. 1000USD for each chibi.

This is a special offer, so it is a "blind box" style commission.

The outfit will be chosen at random, though you may request a specific style.

Extensive revision requests are not accepted, unless there is an error regarding the character design.

This option will allow you to cut in line in the priority list and you will be put in the high priority.

This is NOT guarantee spot, depending on how full the schedule is.

This high price due to potential sleep loss and burnout that Orcus will incur.

Not particularly skilled in suits/strictly structured qipaos or hanfu with complex patterns and embroidery (excluding self-contained patterns).

Not good at drawing butterfly elements/functional styles (too repetitive and tiresome).

Not accepting: designing complex irregular character designs/complex dressing and undressing splits (change clothes, jackets) and excessive hand extras/requesting hair color changes with many hairstyle differentials.
